Section 1

Section 1 were a small Auckland-based business rooted in building surveying. Bringing in new team members, they were ready to expand and up their game to move from ‘one-man-band’ to show real expertise, breadth and leadership across multiple disciplines. They came to us seeking a new identity that would capture their unique edge but also allow them to engage with commercial and government clients. They also wanted their identity and articulation to capture the broad capability of their team and assist them to diversify their offering from a reputation in ‘just surveying’ to include architecture and building project management services.

Built From Curiosity; Through a discovery process with their core team, we defined the unique character of their business and the talent within it, created a strategic articulation to capture their essence ‘Built from Curiosity’, and designed an identity to bring this to life. The Section 1 Way; We built their new visual identity out from logo to stationery, office signage and a new website, enabling them to put their best professional foot forward.
